President

Marcus Weaver – Marcus Weaver serves as President of the District 11 Community Development Association and is the Founder and Executive Director of Lower the Barrier Colorado. With decades of experience in workforce development, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement, Marcus has dedicated his career to removing barriers to opportunity and building stronger communities. His leadership focuses on connecting residents with resources, supporting local businesses, encouraging responsible development, expanding workforce opportunities, and ensuring district 11 residents have a meaningful voice in decisions affecting their neighborhood.

Kayla Greathouse

Vice-President

Kayla Greathouse, focused, approachable, and driven by results, our Vice-President is all about building a strong community committed to strengthening community engagement, supporting organizational governance, and helping ensure D11 CDA remains responsive to the needs of District 11 residents. As Vice President and secretary, she helps coordinate meetings, maintain organizational records, and advance initiatives that promote collaboration and neighborhood involvement.
